For a more intimate celebration, Jade presents the Father’s Day Set Dinner starring rich flavours from land and sea, such as luxurious double-boiled seafood broth and Singapore-style chilli Western Australian lobster. The repast concludes sweetly with warm cream of pumpkin and yam paste, juxtaposed with caramelised banana.
