This March, La Brasserie presents a showcase of Tajima Wagyu beef produced in Hyogo Prefecture, featuring top shelf Wagyu beef cuts - Striploin, Tenderloin, Skirt Steak or Short Rib. Enjoy them in specially created dishes and set menus by Executive Sous Chef Zacharie Ong.
