Welcome the Year of the Rat with our Chinese New Year cocktail, Spring Blossom (S$22*). A gin-based cocktail, it features muddled strawberries, citrus juices, agave syrup and club soda for a fruity, refreshing start to the year.

 

Teetotallers can toast our mocktail Dragon Wall (S$18*), featuring muddled fresh dragon fruit and strawberries, peach puree, citrus juices, grenadine and sugar syrup, and ginger ale.
