• Cancellation or amendment must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be incurred.

• The Ocean Park admission tickets are only valid on the arrival day. Tickets can be collected from the Front Desk prior to check-in time (standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.). • Pursuant to Phase 1 of the amendments to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, which will take effect on 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing guests with complimentary plastic-containing toiletries listed under the Ordinance.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries to foster a plastic-free culture. Guests who need toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb can purchase from our hotel, and proceeds will be donated to the Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Foundation to support marine conservation.  We will replace these toiletries with non-plastic alternatives shortly.
