As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve around the world, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members are our top priority at The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts. We have set up rigorous and enhanced cleanliness practices at all our properties to ensure that you can experience an elevated level of protection.
From your point of arrival, you will experience an elevated level of protection which includes mandatory temperature taking and completion of health declaration forms, contact tracing measures, air purifiers in public spaces, regular disinfection of
high-touch areas and social distancing measures. Gloves and surgical masks will also be worn by all our guest-facing team members.
Our hotel limousines are disinfected before and after each trip, and all incoming luggage and parcels will be
Gym, Swimming Pool and Wellness Facilities
In accordance with the Singapore government's regulations, please make an advance reservation by indicating your preferred timeslot before visiting the gym, swimming pool, or the sauna and steam room at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore to ensure social distancing and a safe experience for all.
Hand Sanitiser and Surgical Masks
Touch-free hand sanitiser dispensers are available at all entrances, public areas and facilities. Surgical masks are also available upon request.
Guest Rooms, Dining Venues and Meeting Spaces
All areas within the hotel are cleaned and sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectant. All guest rooms undergo deep cleaning, sanitisation and disinfection. Hand sanitisers and antibacterial wet wipes are also available in all guest rooms.
To minimise contact, guests can opt out of daily housekeeping services. In-room dining delivery will be handled with minimal contact, and our dining buffets have been replaced with individually plated or boxed meals to avoid contamination.
New Cleaning Technologies
We have incorporated the latest cleaning technologies including handheld disinfectant spray machines which utilise electrostatic spraying technology and the highest grade of disinfectants, as well as hospital grade equipment to sanitise all areas and facilities.
Our interactive Tapendium digital concierge service allows you to make paperless and contactless requests directly through your guest room tablet. Information on wellness tips and COVID-19 prevention measures are also available on the tablet.
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, including all restaurants and bars, have received the
SG Clean certification, an official endorsement by Singapore’s National Environment Agency which certifies the high standards of environmental public hygiene. The Fullerton Hotel Sydney has been registered with the NSW government as a COVID safe business and all team members have completed the Australian Government COVID-19 Infection Control Training, a hygiene and health certification.
Supporting Our Community
We are supporting frontline heroes as well as migrant worker groups in Singapore who need an extra helping hand. Since April, our culinary team has prepared over 23,000 packed meals for healthcare workers and migrant workers in Singapore and we have donated essential supplies including masks and clothes to migrant workers. In Sydney, we donated 8,000 N95 respirator masks to a local hospital to assist in the short-term supply concerns for much needed protective equipment.
