Duty Manager
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure Front Office daily operation runs efficiently
- Ensure Front Office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
- Greet the VIP guests and assist in VIP's arrival & departure
- Handle guest complaints and any emergency issues professionally
- Check the cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as Front Office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behaviors
Requirements
- Degree holder in hotel management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Office Department
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude under high pressure situations
