This Mid-Autumn Festival, reunite with your loved ones over the exquisite Mid-Autumn Treasures feast, presented by Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng.

Showcasing Chef Leong’s refined artistic sensibilities, the five-course menu is thoughtfully designed as a Chinese tale that unfolds with each course. Each dish is a delightful work of art that depicts the Moon in its various phases — from crescent or obscured by delicate ‘clouds’, to its full radiant glory — through the creative presentation of ingredients.

Beyond appearances, the epicurean journey takes one through delicate flavours like Chilled Fresh Abalone Marinated with Rose Wine to bolder, savoury creations like Deep-fried Red Grouper with Dragon Fruit and Vintage Vinegar

No Mid-Autumn celebration is complete without symbolic sweet treats. Look forward to desserts befitting the occasion, such as adorable Rabbit-shaped Muah Chee and house-made Petite Traditional Baked and Snow Skin Mooncakes that honour the celestial tradition.

Lunch: Monday to Friday, 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. (last order at 2.00 p.m.)
Dinner: Monday to Sunday, 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. (last order at 10.00 p.m.)
