Fullerton Cocktails: Merlion

No trip to Singapore is complete without a visit to the Merlion. Standing 8.6 metres tall along the city-state’s Marina Bay waterfront, the mythical half-fish, half-lion creature symbolises Singapore’s beginnings as a humble fishing village.

If you’re not visiting The Lion City any time soon, our signature Merlion cocktail presents a tasty alternative. Created to celebrate the iconic Merlion, this thirst-quenching cocktail is chockful with fresh flavours that will transport you straight to sunny Singapore.

INGREDIENTS
45ml tequila
15ml honey ginger syrup
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml grenadine
15ml sugar syrup
30ml pasteurised egg white (optional)
Soda water
Lime wedges for garnish

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail mixer and shake well. Double strain into a tall glass, top up with soda water and garnish with lime wedges.
