F.U.N. Officer / F.U.N. Host

Responsibilities

• Assist in F.U.N. Outlets (Recreation Facilities) to ensure overall smooth and efficient daily operation
• Create a safe environment for guests/members in F.U.N. Outlet
• Able to courteously interact and answer all F.U.N. outlet and hotel related questions with guests
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and up to standard, report and rectify any abnormality
• Create positive, memorable, and efficient guest engagement at all times
• Ensure F.U.N. outlets are always well stocked, replenished, and remove rubbish and soiled items
   

Requirements

• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Relevant experience/certificate/professional qualification in sports or coaching will be an advantage
• Detail-minded, good interpersonal skills, polite and customer service oriented
• Highly motivated, independent, organized, responsible and professional
• Good command in spoken English and Chinese
