Responsibilities

• Provide superior dining experience to guest
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Monitor F&B Outlet reservations and waiting lists
• Assist in guest's enquiries and answering incoming calls
• Assist in updating F&B Outlet menu and reviewing work procedures
   

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Hardworking and responsible
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Capable to work under pressure
