Store & Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of items received in the Hotel and inventory controls (not limited to food, beverage and general storerooms)
- Maintain par stock, inventory and stock records every month and compiles records of expenditures/consumptions
- Check the stock balances on daily basis and put-up ordering on bi-weekly or monthly basis to ensure the store has sufficient inventory to support operation needs
- Inspect the storerooms and equipment for sanitation and maintenance purposes. Daily check of storage areas to make sure they are also clean and well maintained
- Ensure that receiving department is following processes of receiving product accurately and signing for all important information
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role or supervisory, store management with stock control responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills and good in both oral and written English, Cantonese
- Problem-solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities are essential
