Great hotel, great location, fabulous staff!

Everything we experienced about this hotel was first class. Excellent room size and we only went entry level. Excellent food and very relaxing roof top pool and bar. The staff is very attentive and nothing is a problem. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
 

My experience with the fullerton was excellent & more so with my request for private bookings of events at short notice which were easily accommodated. The staffs or rather the team were one very oiled machinery, even at gym/sauna/wet room & infinity. The ambience and close proximity to the bay and other areas of interest was equally a plus. I will definitely be recommending & be visiting again.

Lovely stay for us family of three before our next newborn arrives. The Straits Club staff were all very warm, friendly and made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. Special thanks to Namiko, Krish, Jen, Christine - the little gestures you all provided, especially to our shy, soft spoken little girl was very much appreciated. A hotel where you are a name, not a number. Wow, what a hotel. The service of this hotel is fantastic. I must thank Jason for arranging our room and making our stay so special. Nesh is probably the nicest person on the planet, and JJ so helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of areas to sit inside or out. The pool was excellent, and Siew was on hand with her beautiful service. A large pool and 3 plunge pools with jacuzzi which overlooked the marina as far down as the Merlion. The lantern Bar at night with its views over Marina bay were perfect and the food was lovely and you can watch the light show from here. Breakfast had an excellent variety of foods including Western and local cuisine. Quality of produce excellent. Service was the best we have had in any hotel. The staff make this hotel. The building is full of history, and on the walls are pictures of what it used to look like.
 

A fantastic stay at Fullerton Bay, the service is outstanding especially from Jeff and Diana in the reception team. Nothing was too much to make our stay fantastic. Also great rooftop pool and rooftop bar capped a great stay. A true 5 star hotel.

It was our first-weekend brunch at La Brasserie on Saturday with our friends. The food selection was plentiful and delicious, too! The venue was perfect. Thank you, Lotha and her team, for accommodating our needs. Keep up the excellent work!

I would highly recommend a stay at this exceptionnal hotel very well located and close to many beautiful places in Singapore. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The Spa is very nice and beauty care is perfect! The food excellent and varied. A superb stay to repeat as soon as possible!

Just wow! From the second we arrived at the lobby until we were in the taxi to leave, everyone, but especially Diana and Ash, made every effort to make our stay an incredible one. Our baby son was pampered by the staff on every occasion and we were looked after no less! Definitely our favourite hotel in Singapore. Exceptional service at a beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a very special stay for my mother and I.
The High Tea was a highlight. JJ and Hazel cheerfully chatted and made suggestions and recommendations which were delicious. Lucy and Ash patiently assisted us and I enjoyed a useful conversion with Diana. We'd love to make a return visit.
