The free-flowing spread will offer celebratory delights such as the 'Easter Colours' Hainanese Poached Chicken, coloured with natural food dyes to evoke the vibrance of spring. The indulgence continues with crackling Spanish Suckling Pig Porchetta and gourmet treats served tableside, including Pan-seared Foie Gras and Charcoal-grilled Fish of the Day with a sea salt sampler. A medley of cheery desserts provides a sweet finale.

Our pastry team has dreamed up a quintet of whimsical treats, thoughtfully designed to capture the season's endearing symbols and delight dessert lovers of all ages.
Highlights include the Bunny Fluff, light-as-air with almond crème, lemon curd, yoghurt meringue, and a golden 'yolk' of mango and passion fruit; Drifting Ducky, a refreshing combination of coconut mousse, calamansi sago, and sweet mango cubes; and Berry Basket, a ‘basket’ filled with vanilla bean mousseline, chocolate ganache and briolette crème, topped with fresh berries.
Complete the celebration with our freshly baked Hot Cross Buns, a traditional staple for breakfast on Easter morning.
