"Renowned for its lovely tart sweetness, juicy flesh, and stunning hue, our goal was to celebrate this exceptional fruit with thoughtful ingredient pairings that allow its natural qualities to shine,” says Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu.
The savoury ensemble showcases quality produce from land and sea, enlivened by the fruity acidity of fresh strawberries. For dessert, creations include the Pistachio Strawberry, a cube of indulgence with 100 percent pure pistachio paste. Beloved classics are reimagined too. The dreamy Strawberry Shortcake exudes the alluring fragrance of vanilla bean, while the Strawberry Rhubarb transforms the traditional pie into an elegant tart.
A Tipple for the Occasion
Each set will be served with the specially crafted Strawberry Pu'er Infusion, featuring house-brewed sticky rice Pu'er tea and strawberry purée. For an extra touch of celebratory sparkle, why not elevate your afternoon interlude with free-flow champagne?
