FLEXIBLE RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve around the world, we would like to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees are our top priority at The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts. 

As the current circumstances may have affected your travel plans, we have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide more flexibility and peace of mind when booking a stay with us.


The Fullerton Hotel Singapore
For guests with existing reservations or new reservations, we will allow changes or cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival, for stays till 30 September 2020*. 

The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore
For guests with existing reservations or new reservations, we will allow changes or cancellation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival, for stays till 30 September 2020*. 

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney 
For guests with existing reservations or new reservations, we will allow changes or cancellation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival, for stays between 12 June 2020 and 30 September 2020*.

- Terms include waived cancellation fee and refundable deposits for cancellation within the stipulated timeline stated above

- Blackout dates apply and vary by property

- For reservations made via third parties, including online travel agents, travel professionals or as part of group booking, contact your booking provider or meeting planner for additional information on their policies.
