Highlights include the Cherry, a classic pairing of Morello cherry and Guanaja chocolate crème, and the Hazelnut, dark chocolate choux pastry juxtaposed with crunchy hazelnut praline and cocoa biscuit. Six savoury pastries complement the sweet escape, from roasted prime beef with Manjari cacao nibs to marinated sea prawn with yuzu pearl.
Quintessential Accompaniments
Staying true to the daily ritual, each set will be served with freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and jam. The experience is completed with a glass of iced chocolate and a premium beverage selection from TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee.
