Raised in New Zealand's lush pastures, this 100 percent natural, free-range, grass-fed lamb is world-renowned for its sublime marbling and exceptional tenderness. Enriched with high levels of naturally occuring Omega-3 polyunsaturated fats, the meat is characterised by a mild aroma, beautiful light pink to pale colour, and a lighter-bodied texture.
 
Discover five gourmand dishes, each meticulously designed by Chef de Cuisine Mitchell Yeo to bring out its finest qualities. For the quintessential experience, opt for the juicy Lamb Rack served with an eye-pleasing capsicum terrine, paired with New Zealand wine.
