Presented by Chef de Cuisine Mitchell Yeo, the new Repas D'Affaires set lunch menu is meticulously curated to satisfy different appetites and preferences. The concise yet versatile selection showcases gourmet creations across a spectrum — from healthy and light to rich and satiating.
Avoid the late-afternoon slump with a refreshing meal of Prosciutto Salad followed by the Catch of the Day. Or indulge in the bolder flavours of Salmon Rillette and Beef Bourguignon, capped off with a sweet finale of Hazelnut Crunch — our rendition of chocolate cake, enrobed in a delightfully crisp chocolate hazelnut shell and perfectly balanced with tart raspberry sorbet.
Perfect for convivial business lunches, the meal is completed with optional add-ons of coffee, tea, and wine pairing for that extra special touch.
