Strawberry Bliss Afternoon Tea

Scarlet hues and the elegant sweetness of premium Korean strawberries take centre stage as blissful afternoons unfold.

"Renowned for its lovely tart sweetness, juicy flesh, and stunning hue, our goal was to celebrate this exceptional fruit with thoughtful ingredient pairings that allow its natural qualities to shine,” says Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu. 

The savoury ensemble showcases quality produce from land and sea, enhanced by fresh strawberries. Luxurious highlights include Caviar with Strawberry and Kohlrabi, presented with king prawn at The Courtyard or Boston lobster at The Landing Point.

For dessert, sweetness and richness mingle gracefully with tartness and crunch. Creations include the Pistachio Strawberry, a cube of indulgence with 100 percent pure pistachio paste and pistachio feuilletine for a delicate crisp in each creamy bite. Beloved classics are reimagined too. The dreamy Strawberry Shortcake exudes the alluring fragrance of vanilla bean across its fluffy layers, while the Strawberry Rhubarb transforms the traditional pie into an elegant tangy-sweet tart.



A Tipple for the Occasion

Each set will be served with the specially crafted Strawberry Pu'er Infusion — a blend of tradition and modern flair. House-brewed sticky rice Pu'er tea lends aromatic depth to strawberry purée and fresh lime juice, with a splash of ginger ale for a sparkling lift and Sober Rum for a woody finish, adding a final touch of sophistication to your afternoon interlude.
