The Fullerton’s inaugural World’s Best Chefs will launch in May featuring Chef Francis Mallmann, Argentinian celebrity chef and grill master specialising in open-fire cooking.
After building his career on fine-dining French cuisine, Francis Mallmann returned to his roots in the mid ’90s, learning local techniques from his childhood home of Patagonia and bringing them to the high-end food scene. At its core, his culinary philosophy distils down to primal, one-syllable words: smoke, fire, air, stone, salt, rain, meat, wine.
Featured on numerous international television programmes, including the Netflix original series Chef’s Table, Francis Mallmann’s influence has grown almost in direct proportion to his desire to distance himself from the culinary upper crust. Today, he spends most of his time in Patagonia, while running his 10 restaurants across South America, France and the USA.
Discover the fiery romance of Argentina, as we present seven exclusive open-fire feasts. Infused with the intense aroma of the open fire, the six-course dinner is prepared using 13,000-year-old Patagonian methods by Chef Mallmann and his team, together with The Fullerton culinary team.

The Clifford Pier
Step into a world of chic sophistication at the Art Deco-style Clifford Pier. Recognised as Singapore’s iconic heritage site, The Clifford Pier was named after former Governor Sir Hugh Charles Clifford, and it served as a landing point for the forefathers of Singapore before its transformation into an eponymous dining destination in 2014, offering the best of Singapore’sdelicacies and reinterpretations of Asian specialties from the region. Today, the 208-seater restaurant offers a Heritage Dim Sum brunch menu on weekends and serves as a versatile events and wedding space for memorable occasions. It will open exclusively for selected dinners to host Culinary Masters from around the world in The Fullerton World's Best Chefs events.

Chef Francis Mallmann will be presenting a six(6)-course dinner menu with pre-dinner canapés and a glass of Chef Francis’ favourite cocktail, The Clerico, a classic concoction of Cointreau, sauvignon blanc, champagne and fresh fruits. Additional glass of The Clerico cocktail at S$28* per glass.
The menu comprises various meats, vegetables and fruits cooked using 13,000-year-old Patagonian methods by Chef Mallmann and his team, together with The Fullerton culinary team.

Wine and Beverages
We are pleased to inform you that wine pairings in collaboration with our wine partner, Vinicole, are available for pre-order and on-premise. We seek your understanding that we strictly do not allow guests to bring their own wines and we request all guests to refrain from bringing any beverage from outside the event venue. An extensive à la carte selection of wines by the bottle and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages is also available.

Cancellation, Refund or Rescheduling
As stated in the terms and conditions at the point of making reservation, all payments for the event are final. We regret that we will not be able to accommodate requests for cancellations, refunds and rescheduling of the dinner once the reservation is made and payment is completed. In the event of an exceptional situation affecting bookings due to government regulations, we will contact you directly to endeavour to reschedule your reservation accordingly or facilitate a transfer of your reservation to a person of your choice.
Parking
A 359-lot basement car park situated at The Fullerton Heritage precinct can be accessed at One Fullerton along Fullerton Road, or from The Fullerton Hotel Singapore along Battery Road.
