Escape the heat with our seasonal teatime indulgence, co-starring Alphonso mango and premium locally grown vanilla bean.

“Universally adored for its juicy sweetness and creamy texture, the Alphonso mango reigns as one of the favourite ingredients amongst pastry chefs. It is also a quintessential ingredient in many Asian cuisines," says Senior Pastry Sous Chef Jamie Ho. "When we were crafting this menu, our goal was to honour the exquisite qualities of this lovely fruit.”

Sweet and Harmonious, with a Singaporean Spin

Served at The Courtyard and The Landing Point, the dessert line-up is designed to achieve a balance between sweet, tart, creamy and crisp. The outcome is at once indulgent and refreshing — a pleasing escape from Singapore’s tropical heat.

Look out for special appearances by other familiar ingredients used in Singapore’s heritage cuisine. For instance, the Trifle draws inspiration from the Peranakan cuisine with pandan chiffon, coconut and Gula Melaka, topped with juicy mango cubes, while the Trio combines ginger flower, a key ingredient of rojak, with vanilla financier and mango crémeux. 

Chocolate lovers would be enticed by the Exotic, where rich milk chocolate meets mango and passion fruit curd, and the Passion, an intense composition of Guanaja dark chocolate, almond chocolate, and passion fruit crème.

Crafted with premium ingredients from land and sea, the savoury spread is designed to match up to the exuberant flavours of the desserts, with slight variations at The Courtyard and The Landing Point.

Staying true to the daily ritual, both menus will be served with freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and jam.

The experience is completed with a mango mimosa, concocted with prosecco and fresh mango puree, and a premium beverage selection from TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee.
