Caring for the community is at the heart of what we do. We are dedicated to building a caring and inclusive community through outreach and mentorship programmes which benefit the youth, elderly and those in need.
e-KidsExcel@Nee Soon Programme
We are committed to nurturing the strengths and aspirations of the younger generation, to build a better future. Through the e-KidsExcel@Nee Soon programme, we have provided 110 under-resourced Primary 3 and 4 students with learning resources for online enrichment classes, as well as interactive Fullerton Academy programmes at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.
International Women's Day 2022
To commemorate International Women’s Day (8 March), The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Hotel Sydney presented the Purple Afternoon Tea, an annual initiative to contribute to fundraising efforts for women’s empowerment. In Singapore, a portion of the proceeds was donated to United Women Singapore, a non-profit organisation that aims to advance gender equality and women's empowerment by promoting STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) for girls and advocacy on the prevention of domestic violence. In Sydney. a portion of the proceeds was donated to UN Women Australia.
Mid-Autumn Festival 2021
In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival in September 2021, our Fullerton team in Singapore distributed 340 Fullerton mooncakes to the students of the e-KidsExcel@Nee Soon programme, as well as under-resourced families supported by REACH Community Services at Bukit Batok.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2021
In conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, a specially curated Pink Afternoon Tea was presented at our hotels in Singapore, with a portion of proceeds going towards the Breast Cancer Foundation. Guests were also treated to a creative display of artwork designed by healthcare heroes and breast cancer survivors at the "Celebrating Life, Together" exhibition held at the East Garden Gallery, in addition to a nightly pink light-up of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore's façade throughout the month.
