New and exciting features include a selection of savouries such as Cocoa and Spice-rubbed Baby Back Pork Ribs; Lime Risotto and Bittersweet Chocolate Arancini; and Wagyu Beef, Peruvian Chocolate and Poblano Chilli Empanadas to keep your palate primed for the array of desserts to follow. Come by the Chocolate Tasting Table to try up to 14 tablets of various cocoa contents, get upclose to a theatrical display of liquid nitrogen that freezes a chocolate sphere in a flash, and make your own spiced creation at the Hot Chocolate Station with six types of chocolate, cardamom, chilli, orange and anise. More liquid dessert comes in the form of cocktails like the Toblerone Martini, featuring vodka, butterscotch, milk, Kahlua and chocolate sauce.
