Hand Sanitiser, Alcohol Wipes and Surgical Masks
Touch-free hand sanitiser dispensers are available at all entrances, public areas and facilities. Surgical masks are also available upon request.
Alcohol disinfectant wipes are also available at Front Office Desk and various dining venues at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong upon request.
Guestrooms, Dining Venues and Meeting Spaces
All areas within the hotel are cleaned and sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectant. All guestrooms undergo deep cleaning, sanitisation and disinfection. Hand sanitisers and antibacterial wet wipes are also available in all guest rooms.
To minimise contact, guests can opt out of daily housekeeping services. In-room dining delivery is handled with minimal contact.
New Cleaning Technologies
We have incorporated the latest cleaning technologies including handheld disinfectant spray machines which utilise electrostatic spraying technology and the highest grade of disinfectants, as well as hospital grade equipment to sanitise all areas and facilities.
Enhanced sterilisation measures adopting the latest technologies are in place at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel, which include:
- Adoption of UV coil steriliser and high efficiency MERV 14 air filters at all air handling units (AHUs) and primary air handling units (PAUs) to inhibit & destroy harmful airborne viruses and bacteria before delivering treated air to public areas, meeting venues and guestrooms
- Touchless lift button installed at all guest lift lobbies
- All escalator handrails are equipped with built-in type UV-C sterilisers
- Deploying AI cleaning, sanitising robot to designated guest areas
- Use of air purifiers to enhance the air quality at designated guest areas
- All elevators are equipped with a Plasmacluster Ion Generating System that purifies the air in elevators. The system discharges Plasmacluster Ions that inactivate airborne molds, viruses and deactivate airborne allergens, thereby creating a clean and comfortable environment inside all elevators.
All our hotels have received the prestigious SafeGuard Hygiene Excellence and Safety Label by Bureau Veritas (BV), a world leader in testing, inspection and certification services.
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, including all restaurants and bars, have received the SG Clean certification, an official endorsement by Singapore’s National Environment Agency which certifies the high standards of environmental public hygiene. The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel have also received the SG SafeEvent certification, a mark of assurance that all events meet the necessary requirements for safety, compliance and well-being.
100 percent of our Fullerton team at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong has received the COVID-19 vaccination.
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney has been registered with the NSW government as a COVID-safe business and all team members have completed the Australian Government COVID-19 Infection Control Training, a hygiene and health certification.
Supporting Our Community
We are supporting frontline heroes as well as migrant worker groups in Singapore who need an extra helping hand. Since April 2020, our culinary team has prepared over 23,000 packed meals for healthcare workers and migrant workers in Singapore and we have donated essential supplies including masks and clothes to migrant workers.
In Sydney, we donated 8,000 N95 respirator masks to a local hospital to assist in the short-term supply concerns for much needed protective equipment. In September 2020, we organised food delivery drives to The Girls & Boys Brigade in Sydney and assisted charity staff to pack food bags to donate to 150 families in need.
We will continually evaluate and adapt our cleanliness protocols to meet the evolving challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
