Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation or amendment must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a penalty charge. In the event, the hotel is notified any later than this, or in case of a no show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
• Effective 1 January 2025, hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348).
• Advance reservation is required for breakfast and afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Lighthouse Lounge on the date of arrival only.
• The offer is valid for bookings from 24 November - 5 December 2025; for stays from 24 November -  31 March 2026.
