  • All room rates are subject to a 10% service charge and a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
  • Once accommodation is booked and confirmed, no cancellation or amendment can be made. No show, amendment or cancellation will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the booked room rate with applicable service charge.
  • The above offers are applicable to two adults per room only. Supplemental charges apply for additional guests.
  • A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 or below, is allowed in each room.
  • In case of any disputes, the Hotel reserves the right of final decision.

 

Terms & Conditions for DJ Snake live in Hong Kong:

  • This event uses e-tickets which will be printed on A4-sized paper.
  • Each e-ticket admits one person only. A valid e-ticket with QR code must be provided for admission.
  • Once the e-ticket is used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused.
  • Standing Zones: Only allowed for individuals aged 12 or above and with a height of 140cm or above.
  • Alcohol purchases are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • All successful transactions will be confirmed via an email from the hotel, which includes the booking details.
  • Guests will receive an e-ticket with a QR code upon check-in. For any inquiries or further information, please contact the hotel directly.
  • All reservation and tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable; no reissues will be processed.
  • In the event of a postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or public emergencies that prevent the event from occurring as scheduled, both the ticket and room package remains valid for the rescheduled date or is fully refundable if you cannot attend.
  • No professional camera and recording devices. Bag searches will be conducted.
  • All copyrights of this performance are under the Organizer. Uploading any recordings from your personal mobile phone to your private social media account may be a copyright violation and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
  • Ticket holders are obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the venue and Organizer.

  • The seat plan is for reference only. The Organizer reserves the rights to change the prices, seating arrangement, and capacity.
