- By submitting the artwork, the participant (and guardian if the participant is under 18) grants The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong full print and digital copyrights.
- By participating in this event, it is deemed that he/she understands and agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" of this event. In case of violation, the Hotel reserves the right to disqualify the participant or win and reserves the right to pursue any behaviour that disrupts the event. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- All enrolment for the competition period is from now until 15 November 2024 (deadline is 11:59 p.m.), and the winners will be announced on 23 November 2024 on the Facebook page of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong.
- Winners will be notified by email from the hotel, please ensure that the email address entered is correct.
- Prizes are subject to validity.
