Savour the summer recommendations of Cantonese cuisine, including Double-boiled Whole Winter Melon Soup with Assorted Seafood, Roasted Goose and Chicken, Double-boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Yunnan Ham, Winter Melon and Fish Maw, Wok-fried Garoupa Fillet with Termite Mushroom and Black Fungus, Sautéed Prawn with Morel Mushroom and Yellow Fungus , and more.
