Indulge in signature dishes like Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Hairy Crab Roe and aromatic Roasted Barbecue Pork with Pear and Chicken Liver. Luxuriate in rich, comforting soups, such as the legendary Braised Chicken Broth with Shredded Snake and the opulent Braised Hairy Crab Roe with Shredded Fish Maw

Our hearty mains are perfect for sharing and savouring together, featuring Double-Boiled Pork Belly with Chicken and Black Pepper and fragrant Steamed Crab with Glutinous Rice and Garlic

The season would not be complete without the prized Steamed Jiangsu Hairy Crab, along with Sweetened Ginger Soup with Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumplings and Osmanthus, or robust clay pot specialities, such as the Braised Lamb Belly in Fish Broth and the Braised Preserved Duck with Taro and Coconut
