As spring awakens the senses, JADE invites you to savour the season with our Spring Seasonal Menu, a celebration of renewal, freshness and refined Chinese culinary craft. Showcasing the best of seasonal produce, our chefs present a thoughtfully curated selection of light yet comforting dishes:

Poached Tiger Garoupa Fillet with Chilled Tofu in Peppered Fish Broth, where silky tofu and delicate fish meet in a gently warming, aromatic broth; Pan-fried Beef Short Ribs with Sarcodonaspratus Mushrooms, rich with earthy depth; and the wonderfully homely Braised Chicken with Fish Maw in Sand Ginger, fragrant and deeply satisfying. For vibrant wok-hei and irresistible texture, enjoy Pan-seared Prawns with Soy Sauce in a Crispy Basket, alongside Sautéed Scallops with Bamboo Shoots, Bell Peppers and Crispy Soybean Paste in X.O.
