• Reservations must be made 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellation or amendment must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be incurred.

• The Water World admission tickets are only valid on the arrival day. Tickets can be collected from the Front Desk prior to check-in time (standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.). Water World reserves the right to amend the admission procedures subject to weather conditions or actual circumstances without prior notice.
