Starting with the appetising JADE Appetiser Trio—featuring Chilled Cherry Tomatoes with Pomelo Vinegar, Deep-fried Suckling Pig with Shrimp Paste and Gold Flakes, and Crispy Kurobuta Pork with Tangerine Peel and Preserved Olives. Savour the nourishing Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Sea Whelk and Yunnan Ham, followed by the succulent Steamed West Australian Lobster with Preserved Lemon (half per person). The feast continues with Ginger-infused Peach Pigeon, Poached Green Bean Sprouts with Fresh Crab Meat, and Steamed Glutinous Rice with Preserved Meats and Fresh Shrimp with Garlic.
