AV Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site AV technical support
- Install, configure, operate, disassemble and troubleshoot AV equipment
- Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in ballroom, function rooms and meeting rooms
- Work closely with Catering Team to understand event orders’ AV requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Provide supports and solutions for ad-hoc requests that may not been specified in event orders
- Maintain AV inventory ensure all AV equipment are clean, functional and sorted accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Hotel AV experience or equivalent related experience
- Relevant certificate/professional qualification will be an advantage
- Green Card Holder
- Detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
- Independent and work as a team player
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Work on night shift, weekends and/or holiday may be required
