Concierge Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the main entrance with the greeting appropriate to the time of day
• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors
• Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
• Assist guests with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. courteously and quickly, before having to be asked
• Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the hotel and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities, hours of operation and current promotions
   

Requirements

• Related experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates with passion in Concierge field are welcomed
• Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Capable to work independently with multi-tasking ability
• Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
• Solid knowledge about the local area of Hong Kong, including attraction, activities, restaurants, entertainment facilities etc
