Events Sales Manager [KL2025]
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will identify market needs and trends in catering, weddings, social events, conferences and corporate business while maintaining awareness of competitor activities. He/ she will develop existing business, soliciting new clients through various sales techniques, compiling financial reports for analysis and budget planning, and conducting market research to identify new lead sources.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Events Sales positions
- Solid sales experience in F&B, event and wedding planning within hotel/ resort area, extensive knowledge and background in wedding planning/ sales
- In-depth industry knowledge and previous exposure to hotel social events sales models
- Able to manage the identification and resolution of day-to-day problems related to event/ wedding requests
