Supervisor (Chinese Restaurant)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a superior dining experience to guests
  • Supervise and ensure that the restaurant's standards are maintained at all times
  • Ensure the preparation of the restaurant's side-stations, mise-en-place and table set-ups
  • Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
  • Responsible for team members for their responsibilities during all meal periods and events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel chinese restaurant or equivalent
  • Good team player with good communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • Fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills
