Supervisor (Chinese Restaurant)
Responsibilities
- Provide a superior dining experience to guests
- Supervise and ensure that the restaurant's standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure the preparation of the restaurant's side-stations, mise-en-place and table set-ups
- Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
- Responsible for team members for their responsibilities during all meal periods and events
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel chinese restaurant or equivalent
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable to work under pressure
- Fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills
