Valet Parking Attendant

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
• Issue a vehicle claim check for guest’ arrival or collect the claim check for retrieving the guest’s vehicle for their departure
• Report issues or potential problems to immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities, restaurants, events and programs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry 
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License (Class1, 2) and with good driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate in basic Mandarin and English
