• For 14-day advance purchase bookings: Cancellation or amendment must be made no later than 7 days before the scheduled arrival to avoid incurring a penalty charge. In the event, the hotel is notified any later than this, or in case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.
• For 30-day or 90-day advance purchase bookings: Cancellation or amendment must be made no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival to avoid incurring a penalty charge. In the event, the hotel is notified any later than this, or in case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.
• Rates are applicable on a per room, per night basis and are subject to a 10% service charge. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Effective 1 January 2025, hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348).
