The feast is rich in flavours, featuring a variety of chilled seafood and Japanese sashimi, alongside a dedicated, aromatic live barbecue station where our culinary team freshly prepares various grilled meats and seafood. Exclusive dinner highlights include juicy Slow-roasted U.S Wagyu Beef Chuck, grilled lamb chops, sweet grilled whole giant river prawns, and rich, gooey melted Raclette cheese. For Friday to Sunday dinner sessions, we feature special highlights like crispy roasted suckling pig with crackling skin and tender meat, adding an extra touch of indulgence to your weekend gatherings.
The winter essentials of comforting hot Western and Chinese dishes are equally wonderful. Enjoy freshly prepared, piping-hot claypot rice with preserved Chinese sausage boasting irresistible aromas, accompanied by braised pork knuckle, flavourful Chongqing Spicy Chicken, and a variety of rich, select curry dishes. Follow this with a sip of nourishing, soul-warming double-boiled soup packed with hearty ingredients, carrying the warmth from your taste buds straight to your heart.
Finally, no culinary journey would be complete without a sweet finale of exquisite desserts. We have prepared freshly made crispy Hong Kong-style egg waffles, warm and tempting apple cinnamon crumble, a variety of Mövenpick ice cream flavours, shell butter mochi , an array of delicate homemade cakes, and flaky, crisp fresh fruit mille-feuille, allowing you to share a sweet and satisfying autumn and winter treat with your loved ones.
