CHAMPAGNE LOUIS ROEDERER WINE DINNER

Join us for an evening of refined indulgence at our exclusive Champagne Louis Roederer Wine Dinner, set against the breathtaking panorama of the South China Sea. Experience an extraordinary gastronomic journey with a specially curated 6-course menu, where each dish is artfully paired with the finest champagnes from the esteemed Louis Roederer Maison.

 

The culinary journey begins with the Hamachi Ceviche with Osietra Caviar and Sea Urchin Aioli, which perfectly complements the Nature Rosé, Brut 2015. Savour the rich Lobster Bisque adorned with Kaviari Kristal Caviar, paired with the Vintage, Brut 2016. Delight in the Oven-baked Atlantic Black Cod & Red Prawn, served with truffle potato mousse and paired with the Blanc de Blancs, Brut 2016. For the main course, indulge in the Wagyu Beef Striploin & Foie Gras, harmoniously paired with the legendary Cristal, Brut 2016.

 

The evening is further enhanced by a Kaviari Caviar experience, where guests will taste the world-renowned Osietra and Kristal caviar alongside our premium champagne selection. We are honoured to welcome the Ambassador of Champagne Louis Roederer, who will guide us through the night, sharing fascinating insights into the heritage and masterful craftsmanship behind these exceptional wines.
