Bringing over two decades of distinguished experience, Chef Zero harmoniously bridges classic Cantonese traditions with subtle Southeast Asian influences for a truly modern dining experience. To mark this exciting new chapter, JADE unveils the "Chef's Recommendation Set Menu", an exquisite culinary journey curated by Chef Zero to showcase his signature flavours and innovative touch. 

Top-tier seasonal ingredients are meticulously selected, blending traditional craftsmanship with inventive creativity to craft a series of signature delicacies. The meal begins with the fragrant Twilight Begonia Cold Brew Tea and appetising starters, followed by a nourishing Double-boiled Silkie Chicken Soup with Fig and Sea Conch. 

The main courses bring together a symphony of flavours, featuring the aromatic Wok-seared Tiger Grouper Fillets with Vine Pepper in Hot Pot, the tender Poached Chicken with Olive Vegetables and Scallion Oil, and the premium Stewed Rice with Whole Abalone in Hot Pot. Finally, the classic and refreshing Chilled Mango Pomelo Sago brings every flavour into harmonious balance.
