Chinese New Year Dim Sum Menu features exquisite selections, each symbolic of good fortune: “Steamed Pork Dumplings with Abalone, Sun-dried Oyster and Pork Tongue” for prosperity; “Steamed Lobster Dumplings with Elm Fungus” for good wishes; “Steamed Vegetable Dumplings with Beetroot and Wild Mushrooms” for a flourishing year ahead; “Deep-fried Spring Rolls with Coconut Pudding ” for vitality, and more.

For a more elaborate reunion, choose from two specially curated set menus. The Auspicious Chinese New Year Celebration Set Menu highlights signature dishes such as Braised Seafood Soup with Crab Roe and Bird's Nest, Sautéed Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce and Sautéed Prawn with Seasonal Vegetables, Braised Bean Curd Pouch stuffed with Dried Oysters and Shiitake Mushrooms, Braised South African 8-head Abalone and Goose Web in Oyster Sauce, and Fried Glutinous Rice with Preserved Meat in Lotus Leaf.
