Our Herb & Spice Grill Buffet celebrates the vibrant, natural flavours of freshly harvested herbs and spices from our “Farm Together x Farm by the Ocean” on the Hotel 5th floor. From aromatic rosemary and zesty bird’s eye chillies to fragrant thyme and Sichuan peppercorns, each dish is thoughtfully seasoned and expertly grilled to enhance its rustic charm.
Savour an array of sizzling grill specialities from succulent roasted ribeye steak and charcoal-grilled skewers to flame-kissed seafood and meats, all infused with house-blended spices and herb oils. Don’t miss our signature items like the flavourful Doner Kebab, Braised Beef Cheek in Fig and Garlic Gravy, and Grilled Stingray with Sambal wrapped in Banana Leaf.
