Begin the feast with a selection of South American–inspired cold starters, including Salads de Batata (Brazilian potato salad), Brazilian Chicken Salad, and Couscous Salad, each offering a fresh, authentic taste of the region.

The barbecue station takes centre stage with show-stopping South American favourites such as Garlic Beef Sirloin, Roasted Lamb Leg, Chicken Kebab, Honey-glazed Pork Ribs, as well as Cinnamon-glazed Pineapple, King Trumpet Mushroom, Mini Sweet Pepper, and Grilled Onion.

Carnival Dance Performances

To heighten the festive spirit, join us as we welcome Viva Dance Professional Latin Academy for a dance spectacle. Founded by legendary Hong Kong Latin dance elite athletes, the academy has nurtured Asian Games silver medallists and Hong Kong team elites.

On 22 May, get ready for a night to remember as Viradouro – the 2026 Rio de Janeiro Carnival champion Samba school – takes the stage for an electrifying Latin show that captures the very soul of Rio’s festivities.
