Begin the feast with a selection of South American–inspired cold starters, featuring Salads de Batata (Brazilian potato salad), Brazilian Chicken Salad and Couscous Salad, each dish offering a fresh and authentic taste of the region.
The barbecue station takes centre stage with show-stopping South American favourites such as Garlic Beef Sirloin, Roasted Lamb Leg, Frango Churrasco (Brazilian Grilled Chicken), Linguica (Portuguese Sausage), Spareribs, as well as Cinnamon-glazed Pineapple, King Trumpet Mushroom, Mini Sweet Pepper, and Grilled Onion.
