This season, we are delighted to present a selection of symbolic festive dishes to complement our lavish spread. Begin with our Salmon Lo Hei, a vibrant toss of fresh salmon and colourful ingredients to usher in good fortune. From our hot dishes, relish Braised Bean Curd Pouch stuffed with Sun-dried Oysters and Shiitake Mushrooms, Braised Pomelo Rind with Whole Garlic and Dried Scallops in Lettuce, and Stir-fried Glutinous Rice — each dish symbolising abundance and prosperity.

Complete your feast with a selection of Sweet Temptations, including festive desserts such as Pistachio Cherry Mousse Cake, Kumquat Cheesecake, and Lucky Cookies, alongside our regular offerings of freshly made Egg Waffles, Housemade Mini Cakes, Italian Cannoli, Mövenpick Ice Cream and a rotating medley of traditional Singaporean desserts.
