This autumn, Lighthouse Café invites you on a culinary journey to the heart of Japan. From the vibrant ports of Tokyo to the rustic charm of Kyoto, we celebrate seasonal craftsmanship in every dish.
Begin your exploration at our spectacular cold station, featuring a magnificent Giant Donburi, Temaki with Salmon Roe and Minced Toro, and Temaki with Matsuba Crab Meat and Caviar. Warm up with sizzling Robatayaki, comforting Sukiyaki, and Tempura with Soba.
The highlight of this season is the premium Hokkaido Pork, prepared with expert craftsmanship. Discover the melt-in-your-mouth Pork Cartilage Chashu, slow-braised Pork Knuckle with Okinawan Kokuto Sugar, crispy Cutlet Pork Chop with Cheese Sauce, aromatic Okinawa Curry Pork Ribs, and the indulgent Italian Roasted Porchetta.
The finale features a fusion of classic and contemporary Japanese desserts, ranging from traditional treats like Taiyaki and Warabi Mochi to contemporary creations like Sakura Strawberry Mousse Cake and Mizu Shingen Mochi, as well as seasonal specialities such as Hojicha Peach Mousse Cake and Matcha Basque Cheesecake.
