Terms and Conditions: 

• The kids' party package is applicable to a minimum group of 8 children, while the Cheung Po Tsai Cave Party Room can accommodate up to 40 guests.
• Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Additional companions will incur an extra charge of HK$200 per adult.
• All prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original price, and reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. The party time is subject to availability, and we will obtain a 50% deposit to confirm the party reservation.
• For health and safety reasons, all guests are required to wear socks before entering the play area. All children must wear non-slip socks. Guests may bring your own socks or purchase them at the kiosk for HK$20 per pair.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
• Guests can arrange for a party entertainer and photographer. There will be an additional charge of HK$100 per external entertainer and photographer for the entrance fee.
• Food will only be provided for the number of kids confirmed for the party.
• To keep our world a greener place, we strongly encourage you to bring a reusable container for leftover food. Takeaway food boxes are available for purchase at HK$5 each.
• We welcome guests to decorate the venue and dismantle the decorations and backdrop after the party. A safety deposit of HK$500 in cash is required and will be refunded to the guests once all decorations are dismantled.
• All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of The Explorers.

• If the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted, the party will proceed as scheduled. However, if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect within 3 hours before the party starts, you can reschedule the party (subject to availability).
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform The Fullerton FUN Team via phone, email, or in person at least 21 days in advance; otherwise, a 100% charge will apply.
