With The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel joining forces with the world‑champion Viradouro Samba School and a soulful live band to present Extravaganza Latin Carnival Hong Kong 2026, the Lighthouse Lounge takes inspiration from festive creativity to unveil three themed cocktails. Each creation invites guests to raise a glass in celebration, embracing the vibrant charm and irresistible allure of the Carnival.

Signature Highlights:

Caipirinha – HK$88 per glass

The soul of Brazil in a glass. Fresh lime and granulated sugar are muddled into cachaça, creating a spirited cocktail that dances with zest and energy — the very essence of carnival nights.

White Sangria – HK$88 per glass

A fiesta of fruits and elegance. Cointreau, orange and apple juice, lime, syrup, ginger ale, and mixed berries swirl together in a vibrant medley, perfect for sharing joy and laughter with friends.

Agua Fresca – HK$78 per glass

A carnival of wellness. Watermelon juice, lime, and honey syrup unite in a refreshing mocktail, offering inclusivity and vitality for those who wish to celebrate without alcohol.

Carnival Dance Performances

To heighten the festive spirit, join us as we welcome Viva Dance Professional Latin Academy for a dance spectacle. Founded by legendary Hong Kong Latin dance elite athletes, the academy has nurtured Asian Games silver medallists and Hong Kong team elites.

On 22 May, get ready for a night to remember as Viradouro – the 2026 Rio de Janeiro Carnival champion Samba school – takes the stage for an electrifying Latin show that captures the very soul of Rio’s festivities.
