Each creation invites guests to raise a glass and celebrate carefree moments, embracing the lively spirit and irresistible charm of the season.

Signature Highlights:

Caipirinha – HK$88 per glass

The soul of summer in a glass. Fresh lime and granulated sugar are muddled into cachaça, creating a spirited cocktail that bursts with zest and energy — capturing the rhythm of sun-drenched celebrations.

White Sangria – HK$88 per glass

A refreshing fruit fest in every sip. Cointreau, orange and apple juice, lime, syrup, ginger ale, and mixed berries come together in a vibrant medley, perfect for sharing joyful moments with friends under the summer sun.

Agua Fresca – HK$78 per glass

A refreshing taste of summer wellness. Watermelon juice, lime, and honey syrup unite in a light and uplifting mocktail, offering a revitalising option for guests seeking a non-alcoholic indulgence.
