Terms and Conditions:

  • No cancellation or amendment is allowed once the reservation is confirmed. In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.

  • The Water World admission tickets are only valid on the arrival day. Tickets can be collected from the Front Desk prior to check-in time (standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.). Water World reserves the right to amend the admission procedures, subject to weather conditions or actual circumstances, without prior notice.
