Begin with an assortment of refined savouries like 24-month Ibérico Ham with melon, followed by a choice of mains including Pan-seared Beef Tenderloin, Salmon with cantaloupe mint salsa, or a gourmet Lobster Burger upgrade.

The sweet selection highlights melon-inspired creations such as a delicate Melon Panna Cotta and crisp Melon Mille Feuille, alongside freshly baked plain scones with clotted cream and house-made jam.
