JADE ‘Graceful Indulgence’ Mother’s Day Set Menu (Minimum 2 persons)
A journey of refined flavours crafted to pamper your mother. Begin with the Chilled South African Abalone with Kombu in Bonito Sauce and Sesame Prawn Toast, followed by the Double-boiled Silkie Chicken Soup with Sea Moss, Coconut and Bamboo Pith, and delicately Sautéed Scallops with Morel Mushrooms. The main courses feature the luxurious Braised Fish Maw and Black Mushroom in Abalone Sauce, alongside Steamed Tiger Grouper Fillet with Black Fungus and Red Dates. Delight in Poached Seasonal Vegetables with Yunnan Ham in Superior Broth and E-fu Noodles with Dumplings in Flat Fish Soup, before concluding with the Sweetened Walnut Soup with Glutinous Rice Dumpling and Bird’s Nest Egg Tart.

Savour the exquisite Baked Sea Whelk stuffed with Onion, White Mushroom, Chicken and Roasted Chicken Liver, Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Snow Lotus Seed, and Braised 8-head Abalone and Goose Web in Oyster Sauce. The feast continues with Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Spring Onion and Soy Sauce, Smoked Chicken with Fragrant Tea Leaves and Soy Sauce, and Poached Seasonal Vegetables with Lily Bulb and Goji Berry in Almond Soup.
